We've developed a system to make working with us simple. Here's
how it works:
 STEP ONE
You choose to get SEO for your site. You enter your details
into our system through an online panel. After you have signed
up, a confirmation email is sent to your email address. In
addition an email requesting keywords is sent. The email
explains how to build a keyword list and provides an example
of how
it can be done.
STEP TWO
Once the keywords for you have been received, we review the
site and write an SEO Assessment Report which is emailed
to you. This report lists all changes that need to be made
to
the site. If you don't want to make these changes we can
implement them (quote provided with Assessment Report).
STEP FOUR
We review the changes made as a result of the SEO Assessment
Report. If needed we will contact you or your webmaster
to highlight any changes that have not been implemented
correctly.
STEP FIVE
We begin building quality, industry-specific links for
the site. This process continues monthly.
Admin panels are provided to make management easy for
you (see Admin Panel).
In addition to these steps we provide SEO support to
you. Often you may have many questions regarding
the process
or new changes
you would like to make to your site. When you do
make large changes, we will often schedule another SEO
Assessment
to ensure that your site is still optimised for the
target keywords.
We also will follow up with you when action is required
on your end. Follow ups usually take place 3 days
after an action
has been requested and then at 7 day intervals
after the initial follow up has been made.
